Gary O. Harper, CPA

Gary O. Harper earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree from Muskingum College in 1968 and later took additional undergraduate and graduate hours in accounting at Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida.

Mr. Harper has been a Certified Public Accountant and licensed within the State of Florida since 1978. During this period he has performed professional engagements within many areas of accounting and tax. He is most currently responsible for the firm’s extensive auditing practice and related computer consulting services. He is also experienced in matters of corporate, partnership, trust, and personal income taxes. He also contributes to the firm’s litigation support services in situations involving business applications. He is qualified to supervise or perform audits of business or non-profit organizations (both yellow book and A-133) and is very experienced at designing accounting systems for businesses. He also manages the firm’s support role for QuickBooks and Peachtree users.

Mr. Harper has served on several non-profit boards, is a past President of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce and the St. John’s River Chapter of the Florida Institute of CPAs. He presently serves as Chairman of the Finance Team and as an elder at Pinewood Presbyterian Church.
