Objectives assist management to accomplish the firm’s mission by providing key elements for daily activities

  1. Establish a relationship of mutual trust with each client by initially identifying, understanding and then annually reviewing the specific personal or industry needs of the client or their business and ethically determining the professional ability of the firm to economically and timely provide such service.
  2. Clearly identify and communicate the service requested by the client and prioritize and schedule our staff to best deliver these services within an acceptable time table and estimated cost.
  3. The firm should exercise due professional care and exhibit independence, integrity, and objectivity in all professional engagements which the firm accepts for performance.
  4. Each engagement should be properly planned and supervised with responsibility for the execution of the services assigned to qualified and trained staff capable of performance and exercising professional growth during the performance of the services.
  5. Each partner and staff member should meet the highest standards for hiring, retention, promotion, and professional development within our profession.
  6. The professional development of all employees of the firm should reflect a combination of individual interests, firm needs, and professional opportunities. Employees shall be evaluated on such progress at least annually.
  7. The firm shall also provide services and products using modern technology employing the resources of current computers at workstations, servers, and other support equipment operating on programs capable of performing all necessary steps for accounting and tax service engagements including preparation, planning, printing, copying, and delivering of financial statements, returns or schedules as appropriate. Such programs shall incorporate the seamless transfer of client information from client to firm, firm to client, and program to program when reasonably required.
